The Director General of the Nile River State Ministry of Education, Acting Minister Ahmed Hamid Ahmed Yass, instructed local secondary education administrations and secondary school management to refrain from imposing any additional fees on the SDG 65,000 examination fee for the 2024 Sudanese Secondary Certificate.
According to an official statement, this fee does not include the cost of obtaining the certificate itself, as that is considered an individual responsibility.
The minister also emphasized that the fees should not be collected in cash but must be paid exclusively through a bank account.
