New Commitments from the Travel and Tourism Agencies Division

The Travel and Tourism Agencies Division pledged its readiness to develop the sector and participate in post-war reconstruction efforts. During a meeting on Friday with Khaled Al-Ayser, the Minister of Culture and Information, and the Ministry’s Undersecretary, the Division confirmed its full support for the Ministry to restore tourism to its former state. The Division also provided a comprehensive briefing to the Minister about the problems and obstacles hindering its work. The Minister confirmed that his door was always open to ideas that would help develop the sector. He also announced that there would be unlimited support for the private sector until it recovers and that new plans are currently being developed to boost the tourism sector so that it can contribute to the recovery process.
