Sudanese Minister of Information, Khalid Al-Ayser, stated that he discussed with the head of the Iranian delegation, Dr. Mohsen Javidy, Deputy Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance, and the head of the Iraqi delegation, Dr. Ahmed Karim Al-Numani, Director General of the Ministry of Culture, Tourism, and Antiquities, ways to enhance cultural cooperation, exchange experiences, and assist Sudan in tracking down its looted artifacts.
He added, “We look forward to a constructive partnership with both Iran and Iraq in the future, and we hope these meetings will yield benefits for our peoples in the Islamic world.”
