The Joint Forces of the Armed Struggle Movements revealed the neutralization of over 344 militia members, including field commanders, in the Al-Khuwei battle, along with the destruction and capture of 67 four-wheel drive vehicles, while the remaining fighters fled the battlefield.
Spokesman for the Joint Forces, Ahmed Hussein Mustafa, said in a statement:
> “To our proud people, to the heroes of our brave joint forces, armed forces, and popular resistance on all battlefronts, we proudly announce today another sweeping victory achieved by your joint forces in the ‘Mother of Battles’ on the Al-Khuwei front. Our heroes have written epic tales of heroism and sacrifice. By the grace of God, and through their resilience and courage, they have defeated the rebellious Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia and inflicted a crushing defeat on them.”
He added: “The militia attempted to attack our advanced defenses outside the city, several kilometers away, but our heroes were ready. More than 344 militia fighters were neutralized, including field commanders, and 67 four-wheel drive vehicles were destroyed or seized. The few who survived fled, only to face just retribution for their crimes against our people and homeland.”
The statement continued: “This battle marks a pivotal turning point, proving our forces’ exceptional ability to destroy the remnants of the enemy. We warn the rebellious RSF militia against any rash actions or further attempts. If they try again, they will be met with harsher and more severe lessons. We assure our people that progress is ongoing according to a set plan to expel these outsiders from our homeland. Our will remains unshaken, our resolve firm, and our forces are fully prepared to defend every inch of our beloved land.”
