
Egypt’s Minister of Foreign Affairs and Immigration, Badr Abdel Aaty, discussed developments in Sudan with Masad Boulos, Senior Advisor to the U.S. President for Arab and Middle Eastern Affairs and Senior Advisor for Africa.
During the phone call, the Egyptian Foreign Minister reaffirmed Egypt’s supportive stance towards Sudan, emphasizing the importance of preserving Sudan’s unity, stability, national institutions, sovereignty, and territorial integrity.
He also underscored Egypt’s commitment to engaging positively with various regional and international efforts aimed at achieving a ceasefire in Sudan, in order to put an end to the humanitarian suffering of the Sudanese people.
