Turkish Ambassador Fatih Yildiz conveyed, during his meeting with Transitional Prime Minister Kamil Idris in Port Sudan on Saturday, the congratulations of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the Turkish people on his assumption of office and on the occasion of Eid al-Adha.
The ambassador affirmed the strength of relations between the two countries, announcing Turkey’s readiness to cooperate in all fields, participate in reconstruction efforts, and establish a joint business council. He also revealed plans to open a branch of Ziraat Katılım Bank in Port Sudan.
