Dr. Mohamed Al-Badawi Abdel Majid, Governor of River Nile State, instructed localities across the state to open military training camps for young men and women at the Fourth Karama Camps, with the remainder of the training to be completed at the Third Karama Camps.
Speaking to executive directors of the state’s seven localities, the governor said the military training camps are preparing youth to face any threats to the country’s security and stability and equipping them to deal with both general and individual challenges.
He noted that River Nile State had responded to the call of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, to train all capable individuals to bear arms. The state has been at the forefront in mobilization efforts and participation in military operations.
The governor also praised the Armed Forces for their victories on the battlefield and for cleansing the country of the taint of rebellion.
