A legal team from Guernica 37 Chambers — consisting of Lucia Pryshkova, Isabella Kirwan, and Tom Hamilton — has submitted a detailed file to the International Criminal Court (ICC) documenting war crimes committed by the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia.
The file was prepared in close collaboration with Sudanese civilians and specialized experts. It is based on the principle of command responsibility and calls for the criminal accountability and prosecution of RSF leaders.
