Putin, Netanyahu Discuss Syria and Iran in Phone Call, Kremlin Says

Russian President Vladimir Putin discussed Syria and Iran in a phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday, the Kremlin said.

It said Putin stressed the importance of upholding Syria’s sovereignty and territorial integrity and restated Russia’s readiness to help negotiate a solution to the Iranian nuclear issue.
