Foreign Currency Rates Hold at High Levels

Foreign exchange rates in Sudan’s parallel market remained elevated on Friday, maintaining their recent gains.
Traders reported that the U.S. dollar traded between 3,120 and 3,155 Sudanese pounds, while the Saudi riyal held steady at 832 pounds. The Egyptian pound remained at 65 pounds, the UAE dirham at 850.1362 pounds, the euro at 3,586.206 pounds, the British pound at 4,160 pounds, the Qatari riyal at 854.794 pounds, the Omani rial at 8,060 pounds, and the Kuwaiti dinar at 9,870.967 pounds.
