Colonel Nabil Abdullah, spokesperson for the Sudanese Armed Forces, affirmed that personnel transfers, referrals, and appointments are standard practices, as in any army worldwide.
He told Al-Muhaqiq: “People may have forgotten this routine due to delays caused by the war. These administrative arrangements follow military regulations and laws, and should not be debated or misinterpreted outside the armed forces.”
