On Monday, Sudan’s Transitional Sovereignty Council Chairman and Commander-in-Chief, General Abdel Fattah Al-Burhan, met with Police Chief General Amir Abdulmonem Fadl.
In a press statement, the police chief highlighted discussions on the overall security situation and measures to ensure law enforcement and state authority in Khartoum following the Ministry of Interior and police assuming operational duties in the state.
He emphasized the police’s commitment to maintaining security, reinforcing public safety, and creating conditions for citizens to resume normal daily life.
