The Sudan Electricity Holding Company’s Media Coordination Council confirmed on Friday that the Sinja power substation was hit by drone strikes, disrupting electricity service.
The company said in a statement that technical teams will conduct a full assessment of the damage caused by what it described as a “blatant attack,” adding that further details and timelines for service restoration will be announced as soon as available.
