Darfur regional governor Minni Arko Minnawi has accused the Rapid Support Forces of trafficking the organs of abducted and detained residents in El-Fasher.
In a Facebook post, Minnawi said the militia forcibly extracted organs and drew blood from detainees to save wounded RSF fighters.
“We later learned that women, men, and several families detained in El-Fasher had their organs and blood forcibly taken to treat injured RSF soldiers,” he wrote.
Minnawi condemned what he described as “atrocious crimes” committed by the militia.
