They Would Have Executed Them…!!

Al-Tahir Satti
:: In China, they destroy spoiled goods and food supplies—and they also punish the corrupt. In our country, however, they settle for destroying the spoiled goods, and sometimes even promote the corrupt…!!
:: For example, massive quantities of food supplies stored in World Food Programme warehouses in Dongola were recently found to be spoiled after some of them had leaked into the markets…!!
:: These were humanitarian aid items intended for displaced people, including 48,800 sacks of flour—enough to feed around 22,000 families for nearly a month—along with lentils and other supplies…!!
:: These materials were supposed to be distributed to victims who survived the horrors of war in Kordofan and Darfur after they had relatively stabilized in the Al-Dabba area of Northern State…!!
:: Instead, they were left in storage until they expired in October 2024, becoming unfit even for livestock, let alone for human consumption…!!
:: The Governor of Northern State, the Humanitarian Aid Commissioner in the state, and others appear very pleased with preventing the distribution of these spoiled goods to displaced people, even considering it an achievement…!!
:: They destroyed only the spoiled food supplies… If this had happened in China, they would have punished—before the spoiled goods—the governor, the humanitarian commissioner, and everyone connected to what happened…!!
