The Rapid Support Forces (RSF) resumed drone attacks on El-Obeid, the capital of North Kordofan State, on Friday.
According to local sources speaking to Sudan Tribune, an RSF drone targeted several locations in El-Obeid earlier on Friday.
The attack came only hours after the bombing of the city’s electrical substation, which caused a widespread power outage.
Over the past week, El-Obeid has been subjected to daily drone attacks carried out by the RSF, further worsening conditions in the city.
