Egypt: Medical Supplies Dispatched to Sudan

The Egyptian Ministry of Health and Population has said it has provided medical supplies to the Sudan at the value of 4 million 250 thousand and 163 dollars, while the value of medical aid provided by the League of Arab States amounted to 200 thousand dollars, for 37 tons of emergency supplies.
The Ministry added that it sent a medical shipment consisting of 20 tons of emergency medicines and supplies, in addition to launching the Egyptian-Qatari initiative to support the State of Sudan, where coordination was made with the Qatari side and an executive plan was developed to provide support to the health system in Port Sudan.
