Press reports revealed a threatening letter sent by Fayza Al-Ammari, the mother and agent of Frenchman Kylian Mbappe, the Paris Saint-Germain striker, to her son.
Mbappe has a charity that receives a portion of his salary with the aim of helping 98 children achieve their projects in life.
Al-Amari said, in statements highlighted by the Spanish newspaper “Marca”: “I told Kilian… I will not do anything without the association receiving 30% of your salary.”
Al-Amari added: “I told Mbappe that I will retire and do what everyone does: I will go on vacation to the Maldives, but I will not work for you… if you do not agree!”
The mother of the Paris Saint-Germain star continued: “At first… I told him that the association would get 50%, but we discussed the issue and agreed on 30%.”
Mbappe’s contract with Paris expires next summer, and he has the right to negotiate and sign with any club, starting this January.
