CAF reveals the financial prize for the African Super Champion

The Confederation of African Football (CAF) revealed today, Sunday, the value of the financial prize for the champion of the first edition of the African Super Cup, whose matches begin on October 20 next year.
CAF allocated $4 million to the champion, while the runner-up received $3 million, and $700,000 to the clubs that reached the semi-finals.
Eight clubs are participating in the first edition: Al-Ahly of Egypt – Sun Downs of South Africa – Esperance of Tunisia – Mazembe of Congo – Wydad of Morocco – Enyimba of Nigeria – Petro Atletico of Angola and Simba of Tanzania.
