Barcelona Keeps Promise to Joao Felix

FC Barcelona, the defending champion of the Spanish League, fulfilled its promise to the Portuguese, Joao Felix, the team’s striker.
Radio Catalunya revealed that Barca’s management had doubled Joao Felix’s salary ten times, jumping from 400,000 euros to 4 million euros. The radio also explained that Barcelona adjusted the player’s salary with approval from La Liga, in compliance with the Fair Financial Play regulations and the minimum salaries stipulated in the Labor Law, regardless of the initial agreement between the club and the player.
In addition, the radio also pointed out that the Barcelona administration initially convinced Joao Felix to receive a symbolic salary of 400,000 euros until the financial situation improved. After two months, the Catalan club adhered to its promise, so the Portuguese international received a suitable salary.
