The director of the Agricultural Bank in Sennar State, Abdul Rahman Muhammad, acknowledged the bank’s failure to finance agricultural operations in the past years for Al-Suki Agricultural Project, and justified it with a number of challenges, including guarantees and the lack of unification of the ranks of the previous departments in the project. He announced on Thursday arrangements for the continuation of financing the Al-Suki Agricultural Project and attributed the financing of the current season to the insistence and determination of the leaders of the initiative to rehabilitate Al-Suki Project.

The Director of the bank alao revealed that they had cancelled misleading news from parties within the project that he did not name for the purpose of confusing and obstructing financing processes. He pledged to continue supporting farmers, and called on producers to commit to it through paying old and new debts.
