The Army Denies Bombing the UAE Ambassador’s Residence in Khartoum

Al-Ahdath – Reports

The Sudanese Armed Forces strongly denied the accusations by the United Arab Emirates of bombing its ambassador’s residence in Khartoum and condemned the allegations. The military spokesperson stated in a statement on Monday that the army does not target diplomatic missions or UN and humanitarian organization facilities, nor does it use them as military bases or loot their contents. Instead, the heinous acts are carried out by the terrorist militia of the Daqlo rebels, supported by certain states known to the world, continuing their crimes under the watch of international organizations and states.

He added, “The Sudanese Armed Forces do not engage in such cowardly acts nor violate international law. Rather, they target the locations of the militia, which is their right to defend the Sudanese state.”
