Doha Prepares for the Intercontinental Cup of Clubs

With the Intercontinental Cup of Clubs set to begin in a few days, the local organizing committee has invited fans to view the tournament trophies in Doha this week and take souvenir photos. Fans can visit the trophies on display at Place Vendôme Mall on Thursday near Gate 1.
The tournament, hosted in Qatar on December 11, 14, and 18, 2024, will kick off with Pachuca (Mexico) facing Botafogo (Brazil) for the Americas Derby trophy. The winner will advance to play Egypt’s Al Ahly on December 14 in the Challenge Cup, which determines who will meet Real Madrid in the final at Lusail Stadium on December 18. The final coincides with the second anniversary of Qatar’s historic 2022 FIFA World Cup final.
Tickets are available on the tournament’s official website, with a limit of six tickets per fan. Additional tickets may occasionally be released closer to matchdays.
Both Lusail and Stadium 974 ensure accessibility and comfort for fans, including spaces for those with disabilities. Fans are advised to purchase tickets only from official platforms and monitor the resale site for additional ticket availability.
