Armed Confrontations between the SAF and RSF

Armed confrontations broke out between the Sudanese army (SAF) and the dissolved Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in several areas of the Sudanese capital, Khartoum.

Military sources revealed to Sudan Events the deployment of SAF forces in several areas of Omdurman and Ombadda.

The sources confirmed that this step comes within the framework of the plan to open up the SAF from its military bases towards strategic facilities.

Clashes also broke out between the SAF and the RSF north of Jebel Awlia, which is located south of the capital, Khartoum.
