Legal expert Nabil Adeb stated that the current war must reach a stage where the Rapid Support Forces militia surrenders to the will of the people, which involves disbanding it and holding those involved in war crimes accountable. He considered this the only way to return to the transitional period and then to constitutional governance.
Adeb revealed, according to the news website “Al-Muhqqiq,” that the civil forces coalition “Taqaddam” no longer represents the revolution and that the revolution itself was not based on revolutionary legitimacy, considering that Taqaddam’s current predicament is more political than legal, as they have become in great popular isolation.
Adeb considered that “the Taqaddam group is currently experiencing the same defeat that befell the Rapid Support Forces, facing the same fate.”
