Salah: Liverpool’s Title Challenge Feels Different

Mohamed Salah, the forward for Liverpool Football Club, stated that his team’s challenge for the Premier League title “feels different” this season after they defeated Bournemouth, bringing them a step closer to winning the title.

The British News Agency reported that “Liverpool’s 2-0 victory over Bournemouth at their Vitality Stadium extended their lead to 9 points over Arsenal, who face Manchester City later today, with Salah scoring both goals to raise his tally to 21 goals this season.”

Salah said: “Yes, I think there is a slight difference, but last season we were very close. But yes, as I have said before, we must remain humble and take each game one at a time.”

He added, “We focus on every game. We don’t need to think further than that; we only think about each match.”

Salah has been one of the main reasons for Liverpool’s success this season, having scored 20 goals in 5 out of 8 seasons with Liverpool.

He said: “It feels good, to be honest; scoring goals. The team is winning. It’s an amazing feeling. But I’ve said many times before that my main goal this season is to win the Premier League with the team. We are going in the right direction, so I hope we continue to work this way.”
