Britain has confirmed its rejection of any efforts to form a government in areas controlled by the Rapid Support Militia (RSF), warning that such moves will deepen divisions and further destabilize Sudan and the region. This was stated on Wednesday by the UK’s representative at the United Nations Security Council, Barbara Woodward.
The British envoy also announced that a meeting will be held in London in April, gathering foreign ministers from around 20 countries and international organizations, to discuss support for Sudan’s peaceful path.
