Egyptian Foreign Minister Badr Abdelatty and his Turkish counterpart agreed on the urgent need for a ceasefire in Sudan.
During a joint press conference with his Turkish counterpart in New Alamein City, Abdelatty reaffirmed Egypt’s firm rejection of Israel’s intention to impose full military control over the Gaza Strip.
He stressed that Israel, as the occupying power, must allow the entry of humanitarian aid into the enclave, adding that the forced displacement of Palestinians from Gaza and parts of the West Bank is a red line that cannot be accepted under any circumstances.
