Tunisia’s Etoile du Sahel has lodged a grievance to CAF complaining about the referee of the match against its rival, Esperance Tunis, in the first round of the third group of the African Champions League, which it lost 0-2.
Etoile du Sahel, who plays for the Al Hilal Sudan group, published on its page on the social media platform Facebook today, Sunday, a statement in which it thanked the club’s fans, the technical staff and the team’s players for the performance they demonstrated during the interview.

The star concluded his statement by saying that it has informed the Confederation of African Football (CAF) about the serious arbitration error that changed the course and significantly, directly affected its outcome, and would affect the credibility of the competition. It called on CAF to take the necessary measures to prevent the recurrence of such serious errors.
