Heavy Clashes Between Abdulaziz Al-Hilu Forces and Militia in South Kordofan

Violent clashes erupted between the Sudan People’s Liberation Movement (SPLM) led by Abdulaziz Al-Hilu and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) militia in the Qardoud area of South Kordofan, resulting in dozens killed and injured.
The clashes occurred when the militia attempted to steal and loot local citizens’ cattle in the Qardoud area, which is under SPLM control.
Local sources, cited by Asda Sudanese, reported that the militia killed four SPLM fighters and seized two vehicles. Following the clashes, SPLM reinforcements arrived, recovered the seized vehicles, and pursued the militia toward the road linking Deleng, Hebila, and the Ratrat area.
