Undersecretary of the Ministry of Livestock, Dr. Hassan Al-Toum, revealed an increase in the number of livestock exports.
Al-Tom pointed out during the opening of the Tala slaughterhouse for exports in Kabushia area in Shendi locality, the importance of establishing the slaughterhouse, noting that the country lost the livestock exports due to the war.
The Undersecretary revealed their intention to establish slaughterhouses in a number of states, led by Gezira and Gedaref, after the slaughterhouses in Khartoum state went out of service as a result of war.
The Livestock Undersecretary called for the necessity of accelerating the establishment of sanitary quarantine area to handle animal exports and to contribute to enter international markets.
