Gezira State Extends the State of Emergency for Another Month

Khartoum – Sudan Event

The Acting Governor of Gezira, Ismail Awad Allah, issued Emergency Decree No. 6 of 2023, extending Emergency Decree No. 1, which declared a state of emergency for one month, effective from September 25th of the current year.
All orders issued based on Emergency Decree No. 1 of 2023 shall remain in effect until a state of emergency resolution is issued.
The relevant authorities are instructed to implement the decree.
