Directives to Increase Gold Production and Maximize Revenues

Director General of the Sudanese Mineral Resources Company SMRC Limited, Mohamed Taher Omar, directed the company’s employees to redouble efforts and work to increase production and maximize revenue to confront the economic challenges that the country is going through.
During his chairmanship of the company’s executive office meeting No. 6 for the year 2023 in Port Sudan Sunday, Mohammed Tahir announced that all obstacles facing mining companies and investors will be overcome.
The meeting discussed the company’s plan to increase production, and the financial, administrative and technical performance report for the period from January to October 2023, in addition to discussing the performance report of the General Administration for Control and Supervision of Export Companies and Gold Markets.
