The Saudi Al Sharq newspaper has reported the Forces for Freedom and Change, Central Council, has submitted an official request letter to President of the Sovereign Council-cum-Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces, Lieutenant General Abdul Fatah Al Burhan, asking for a meeting with him.
The paper said the expected meeting with the FFC Central Council, will review a road map proposal on ending the war in the Sudan. The council said its focal point for contact with military establishment be Taha Osman Isahaq, member of the council.
However, the paper added that the office of the head of the Sovereign Council has yet to respond to the meeting request
