Sahel Organization: largest emergency project for Kasala IDPs

Al Sahel organization implemented the first phase of the emergency project to support the IDPs with shelter materials, water, and livelihoods in the North Delta locality in Matateb, Al-Oleeb, Tadmon, and Al-Wahda areas in Kasala State. The first batch of aid, that was completed, distributed today, Tuesday, in the areas (Matatib and Al-Oleeb), included 2,994 cooking utensils, 485 blankets, 326 shelter tarpaulins, 326 floor mats in addition to 326 water containers.
Al Sahel Organization is implementing the emergency project in partnership with the International Organization for Migration (IOM), the United States Agency for Development (USAID), and the Rapid Response Fund (RRF).
The organization continues its work on the project, that includes providing livelihoods to the IDPs up to next December.
