Gold Decline Confuses Egyptian Markets

The price of gold achieved a state of decline during the mid-day trading updates on Tuesday in the Egyptian markets, with the price levels of 21 carat and all other calibers witnessing an average decline of 10 pounds per gram.

Globally, the price of gold rose by $2 per ounce, while the yellow metal achieved a global gain for the week. The second row, gold exceeded $2000

The price of 24 karat gold in the Egyptian goldsmiths’ markets recorded a decline of 3,211 pounds.

The value of 21 karat gold was 2,810 pounds , while the price of 18 karat gold also fell to record 2,409 pounds.

The price of the gold pound remained stable at 22,480 pounds.
