Zakat Chamber supports Armed Forces

The Zakat Office in Sudan provided support to the armed forces, amounting to about (1,000) bags of dates. Under the slogan (Duty to the Homeland).
The Chamber also provided cash assistances to the wounded of the armed forces at the military Corps hospital.
The Secretary-General of the Zakat Bureau in the Northern State, Al-Hadi Mohamed Ahmed, explained that the Bureau had previously provided cash support to the armed forces amounting to (472) million pounds, indicating that the Zakat Bureau has a program to stand with the mujahideen in coordination with the General Secretariat for Social Affairs, and the Bureau will also implement in the coming days a week-long program of meals for the wounded of the armed forces in the military hospitals in Dongola and Marawi.
