Kassala: Suspension of Lands disposal

The Governor in charge of state, Muhamed Musa Abdul Rahman, issued Resolution No. (89) suspending the disposal of residential, agricultural, commercial and investment lands in his state.
The decision, issued by the governor within the authority vested in him under the provisions of the constitutional document for the year 2019, included suspending ratification or completion of procedures in the aforementioned lands, suspending the activities of urban planning committees in the state and localities, freezing the agricultural land disposal committee, in addition revisiting the previous decisions therein.
