The Deputy of President of the Sudanese Sovereign Council, Malik Aqar Air, met today, Tuesday, in Port Sudan, the Secretary-General of the Civil Service Pensions Union, Salah Awad Ahmed.
Salah Awad said in a press statement that the meeting discussed a number of issues that concern the pension category in various states of Sudan, disbursing their benefits and arrears, dealing with them with the competent authorities and providing them at the state level.
He added that the Deputy of Al-Burhan expressed his interest in supporting the pension category and their basic issues and supporting the Union’s programs and projects so that it can assume its leadership role in society.
