An abnormal Rise in Blue Nile Water Level

The water levels of the Blue Nile have witnessed a noticeable and significant increases in some areas, considered unusual in such months.
A number of observers have expressed astonishment at this rise in levels at this time of the year where the norm was that the water levels in the Nile River begin to decline in October and continue to gradually decline until the end of April each year.
