Al-Ahdath conducted an interview with the poet and composer Amjad Hamza, the author of trending songs during this period, where he wrote and composed the first song after the war (Tomorrow the worry will pass and we will return to our homes), which was sung by the singer Elaf Abdel Aziz, and after that he wrote and composed the song (Alharib Aldarib) by the singer Asha Al-Jabal. After that, the song (We Will Return) by the artist singer Ensaf Madani, then (Mitain Tentahi Alharib Di) by the artist singer Mostafa Al-Barbari, then (The First New Year) by the young man Diaa, then a second song by the young man Diaa and Al-Qouni, which is the song (Bahri), and finally the song (Al-Jazeera) by the artist singer Iman Al-Sharif.
Despite the production this period witnessed, he considers it the lowest in his career.
“I have more than three thousand songs in my entire career. You may find the number exaggerated, but it is the truth. When our country was safe, we felt secure, and this was reflected in our production. Personally, the number of the songs I produced during the period, I previously used to produce in just two days.”
