Launch of Medical Services Project for War-Affected next June

The Specialized Treatment Foundation of Egypt has announced the launch of a project to provide medical services to the Sudanese affected by the war and who came to the Arab Republic of Egypt during next June. Counselor Abdul Aziz Heikal stressed the importance of accelerating the program to operate a number of medical centers in some areas characterized by a dense population of Sudanese targeted by the project, and said: The Foundation is keen to implement the directives of President Abdul Fattah El-Sisi to provide therapeutic and medical services to the Sudanese affected by the war, in appreciation of their exceptional circumstances, noting the great interest paid by the Egyptian authorities at their highest levels, which has been reflected positively in facilitating many of the procedures for implementing the project, expecting the launch to take place officially next June.
While the Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Treatment Foundation of Egypt, Dr. Hisham Wafik, confirmed that the Foundation will spare no effort in providing its service to the Sudanese affected by the war by providing more than seventy distinguished treatment centers at the level of the Presidency of the Republic, noting the great cooperation that the Foundation finds from all parties concerned with the health sector. in Egypt.
The medical director of the Specialized Treatment Foundation, plastic surgery consultant, Dr. Safwat Al-Husseini, said that the Foundation is interested in the success of the project to treat Sudanese people affected by the war and who are in the Arab Republic of Egypt, revealing that an elite group of the largest consultants, university professors, and generals in the military institution have joined to provide their great experience and expertise for the benefit of the project.
