“Sudan: We will not abandon our commitment to building a Russian base in the Red Sea,”

Ambassador Mohammed Seraj affirmed. He stated that Sudan remains committed to its obligations regarding the construction of a Russian naval base in the Red Sea, and the project will proceed as planned. He emphasized that the agreement was signed between the two countries, and both Moscow and Khartoum are duty-bound to fulfill the project.
