Establishing Unified Treatment Offices in the River Nile

Zakat Bureau in the River Nile state has begun establishing unified treatment offices and pharmacies in a number of localities to ease the burden on service seekers in one place.
Secretary-General of the Zakat Bureau in the River Nile state, Suleiman Ali Abdullah, said during his meeting with the Executive Director of the Shendi Locality, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, (Monday), in his first visit after assuming the position after his predecessor, that most of those who visit the Zakat Bureau are those seeking treatment services, and that having the service in one place with the drug pharmacy eases the burden on service seekers and reduces the frequency of visits to the Zakat Bureau in the localities.
Director of the Zakat Bureau in the River Nile state, Suleiman Ali Abdullah, praised the great cooperation and coordination between the Shendi Locality and Zakat, which ultimately leads to serving the citizen.
For his part, the Executive Director of Shendi Locality, Khaled Abdel Ghaffar Al-Sheikh, listed the major roles played by the Zakat Bureau in serving the community through its well-known expenditures, which cover all immediate requirements, including the war effort and the consequences of the security conditions that the country is going through, and its role in supporting shelters, hospitals, bases, defenses, wounded in operations, and others. Khaled appreciated the employees in the Zakat Bureau in Shendi for their growing role and what the Zakat Bureau provides, the latest of which was the Eid Al-Adha program at a cost of SDGs45 million.
