Lieutenant General Yasser Abdelrahman Al-Atta, Member of the Sovereignty Council and Chief of Staff of the Sudanese Armed Forces, affirmed that the military is moving steadily toward achieving complete victory across all parts of Sudan.
“We possess the plans and preparations necessary to secure victory, and we hold a deep conviction that, God willing, we will prevail,” he said, vowing to fully liberate the regions of Kordofan and Darfur.
Al-Atta inspected the Armored Corps and addressed its officers, non-commissioned officers, and soldiers, praising the significant role the corps and its personnel have played in what he described as the “War of Dignity.” He stated that their contributions would remain a symbol of pride, honor, and resilience for the nation. He also paid tribute to those killed in the conflict, praying for their souls.
The Chief of Staff further asserted that Sudan is facing a conspiracy orchestrated by what he called “global Zionist forces,” which, he said, are working through hidden actors behind the scenes to undermine the security and stability of the Sudanese people. He added that the Sudanese Armed Forces are confronting “the claw of evil and its statelet,” and emphasized that, with the support of the Sudanese people, the military would defeat this conspiracy, achieve victory, and not fail the nation or the Sudanese people.
