Madani Resistance Committees said that the Rapid Support RSF Militia targeted the infrastructure of Gezira state, including the infrastructure of Gezira Scheme,Al-Junaid, Al-Rahad, and Sukkar Sennar, and the offices adjacent to the south of Gezira .
Madani Resistance stated in a statement on Sunday that the Rapid Support RSF Militia stole thousands of agricultural machinery, agricultural preparation tools, fertilizers, and terab (seeds), and transported them outside the state, in addition to stealing the entire winter and summer crops of farmers.
It added that the forces destroyed the infrastructure of University of Gezira with its four complexes inside Madani city, Al-Kamlin complex, Al-Hasahisa, and Al-Hawsh city, addition to the University’s health units. The assets, properties, and cars of Al-Butana University and all private and civil universities were stolen, except for Al-Managil University.
It indicated that the Rapid Support RSF Militia’s targeting of the state’s infrastructure is not a coincidence, but rather a clear, explicit, systematic, and planned targeting to destroy the infrastructure of Gezira state.
