Gezira Governor: We Aim to Provide Developmental Services to the State’s Citizens

On Saturday, the first discounted sales outlet was inaugurated in Al-Managil to alleviate the burden on citizens from traders’ greed and to serve all segments of society.

At the opening of the outlet, Gezira Governor Al-Taher Ibrahim Al-Khair emphasized that citizens’ livelihood remains a major concern for the government under extremely complex circumstances. He commended the patience of the state’s people, their understanding of the current difficulties, and their sincere support for the armed forces with everything they have. He announced that the discounted sales outlets aim to ease the pressure on consumers, a situation exacerbated by crisis traders and unscrupulous individuals. The governor reaffirmed his government’s efforts to provide developmental services to the people of the state despite the ongoing war.
