He also emphasized the importance of balancing comparative advantages, production costs, availability of production inputs, and skilled labor for the production process, which is one of the pillars of responsible developmental economics based on a strict scientific methodology that ensures the best practices and outcomes from research and studies.

Moreover, he advocated for a decentralized sectoral developmental economy that maximizes efforts, resources, and capabilities to yield practical results that contribute to the economy, address distortions, and reshape productive communities in a way that creates a sustainable production and development environment.
