Sudanese-Russian Discussions on Research and Software

A technical delegation from the Sudanese Ministry of Energy and Petroleum, led by Al-Sadiq Jaber, Director-General of the General Administration for Exploration and Petroleum Production, visited the All-Russia Petroleum Research Institute (VNEENEFT).

The delegation examined the institute’s capabilities, equipment, and facilities. Dr. Jamal Mohammed, Manager of Enhanced Recovery Laboratories and the Russia-Belarus Portfolio Manager, stated that they are working on signing a memorandum of understanding with the institute to exchange expertise, train personnel, and collaborate on joint projects.
