Djibouti withdraws from Sudan group at CECAFA Junior Championship

The Djibouti national team announced on Thursday its official withdrawal from the East and Central African Championship “CECAFA” under 18 years after the draw was held yesterday in Uganda.

Djiboutian federation officials did not disclose the reasons and motives behind the team’s withdrawal from the junior championship , which kicks off after 9 days in Kenya.

The withdrawn Djibouti team plays in Group A, which includes Sudan, hosts Kenya, Rwanda and Somalia
